The returned string will be encoded as following :
- ISO-8951-1 if param « lang » is FR, PT, IT, NL, AM, DE, SP, TRF, TRA
- ISO-8951-2 if param « lang » is PL
- WINDOWS-1256 if param « lang » is AR, MAA, BYA
- UTF-8 if param « lang » is ARM
